Topgolf Fun-Raiser Committee

The Topgolf event is an evening networking event designed to bring together commercial real estate professionals in a relaxed and engaging environment. Attendees enjoy appetizers, cocktails, and friendly competition while building connections with industry peers. 

The committee is responsible for planning and supporting the successful execution of the event, including finalizing event details, coordinating catering, promoting attendance, and securing sponsorships to achieve the fundraising goal. 

The committee is open to all membership types. 

The committee consists of the following leadership roles: 

Chair, Co-Chair, Sponsorship Coordinator, Engagement Leader 

Staff Liaison: Karla Andrade, Sponsorship and Events Manager

Responsibilities

Committee members support the planning and execution of the fundraiser by: 

  • Assisting with event logistics and planning 
  • Securing event sponsorships to support the fundraising goal 
  • Promoting the event and encouraging attendance 
  • Recruiting and coordinating volunteers for the event 
  • Supporting on-site event operations as needed 

Meeting Schedule

 

The Topgolf Committee meets twice per month via Zoom from February through May. 

Time Committment

 

Approximately 3 hours during the planning period (about one hour per month), in addition to participation on the day of the event. 

All committee members are expected to attend the event.
