We are proud to host you in a city known for its diverse neighborhoods, vibrant culture, and incredible food scene. From the Convention Center waterfront to Downtown, Retro Row, Belmont Shore, Bixby Knolls, and the Marina District, each area offers its own unique experience.
BUILDING TOURS
As the host city, we are proud to spotlight Greater Los Angeles through exclusive, behind-the-scenes tours available to conference attendees, including the Queen Mary, the Port of Long Beach, and 180 E. Ocean.
STUDENT DAY
An immersive, high-energy experience connecting students with commercial real estate professionals through keynote sessions, expo access, education, building tours, and structured networking. BOMA/GLA is leading local outreach to bring students into the experience and is seeking mentors to support them throughout the day. Mentors must be registered for the conference. COMMUNITY SERVICE DAY
Join us Sunday, June 28th on the Expo Floor to assemble hygiene kits benefiting The People Concern, a longtime partner supported by BOMA/GLA members. Help us show up for our local community and support individuals experiencing homelessness.
JOIN THE BOMA/GLA LOCAL HOST TEAM
We are building our ambassador team to support the Local Host Committee with on-site roles during the conference. From Student Day to Community Service to Building Tours, ambassadors help bring each activation to life and ensure attendees feel welcomed and supported.
TOBY AFTER PARTY
BOMA Greater Los Angeles is hosting the TOBY After Party immediately following the TOBY Awards Program. All TOBY Awards attendees are invited to keep the night going with a live DJ, photo booth, drinks, and a packed room of industry professionals celebrating together.
