Awards Committee

The Awards Committee oversees the planning and execution of the Awards of Excellence and The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) programs. Committee members support all aspects of the programs, including nomination outreach, building recruitment, mentorship, judging, building tours, TOBY workshops, sponsorship development, and planning the Annual Awards Gala and Afterparty, held each October.

The Awards of Excellence program recognizes outstanding professional performance among BOMA/GLA members who have made meaningful contributions to the association and the commercial real estate (CRE) industry.

The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards recognize excellence in commercial office buildings and building management.

The committee is comprised of a Chair (principal member), a Co-Chair (associate or professional member), and members-at-large.
