Career Fair Committee
The Career Fair Committee is responsible for planning and executing a successful job fair that connects commercial real estate professionals, job seekers and students with potential employers. The event provides valuable opportunities for networking, career development, and employment within the commercial real estate industry.
The committee consists of the Chair (principal member) and members at-large.

Committee Positions and Responsibilities
Committee members collaborate to support the planning and execution of the event, including:
- Selecting and securing the event venue
- Recruiting employers from the commercial real estate industry to participate
- Coordinating event logistics
- Conducting outreach to local schools and workforce development organizations to promote the career fair to job seekers and students.
- Securing speakers and developing topics for TED-style talks
- Coordinating resume and LinkedIn review sessions
- Securing event sponsorships
Meeting Schedule
Monthly, November-May via Zoom
Time Commitment: 6 Hours
Committee meetings are one hour per month. All committee members are expected to attend the career fair.
