Emerging Professional of the Year

This award recognizes individuals who are pursuing excellence in their careers and have made a valuable contribution to BOMA/GLA by serving in a volunteer leadership position. Emerging professionals are defined by the association as younger members newer to the commercial real estate industry and their specific area of expertise. Nominees must be in the property management field and a member of BOMA/GLA. They must demonstrate initiative, excellent performance, dedication, and professionalism. The nominee is committed to development of their professional and leadership skills through involvement in BOMI Institute courses, BOMA workshops and webinars, or other professional training.
