 Educational Program Offerings

Designation Courses

BOMA/GLA currently offers designation coursework toward obtaining a RPA, FMA or SMA designation and for professionals needed a refresher course in the various aspects of building management. Professional designation programs are developed and regularly updated by the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).

Seminars

Experts in various fields provide in-depth information that fosters a greater understanding of commercial property as well as the financial, political and environmental context in which they operate.

Regional Education Programs

Educational opportunities for BOMA/GLA membership in five (5) areas of Los Angeles County (Downtown, Westside, Long Beach/South Bay, San Fernando Valley and Northeast/Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena). Local committees plan activities and topics that are important to that area's membership and community.
